Order Process

Completely bespoke cycling kit, made to order using premium, performance-driven materials. At GSG, we combine quality, comfort and durability with a fully custom experience. You will work one-on-one with our team to bring your cycling kit vision to life - whether you're designing for your club, team, charity, business or a special event.

Our made-to-order kit blends professional grade fabrics with bold design and rider-focused fit. From initial concept to final delivery, we're with you at every step.

STEP 1: Contact Us

Contact us to discuss your requirements at gsg@dhwagencies.com or call 01704 840 992. At this stage you will be able to decide if you will require an online shop or a traditional order through your clubs kit secretary.

STEP 2: Sizing

We can advise on sizing compared to your existing supplier and recommend your members measure themselves according to our sizing guide. We can also arrange samples for a Club fitting evening.

STEP 3: Design Process

Once you have decided on the articles of clothing that you would like to order (please see brochure here), we will either produce new designs or work with your existing ones. We can also assist you in creating a completely new design if that is your desire. We’ll copy or develop it further until you’re 100% satisfied with the final design.

STEP 4: Ordering

At your request, we can set up a team ordering store, giving your members an online portal to order at their convenience on any computer or mobile device. Alternatively, we can accept your stock order. A 50% deposit is required before placing the order with the factory from the club or a 100% payment is taken using the team ordering store.

STEP 5: Production and Delivery

Production typically takes between 4-8 weeks, depending on the time of year. All our kit is produced in Italy, and we can use sustainable materials upon request.

What are the minimum order quantities?

How much does custom kit cost?

Pricing depends on the item, quantity and design complexity. Get in touch for a tailored quote.

Can I order more of my custom kit at a later date?

Yes – we keep your design on file so reorders are simple. Minimums may apply for repeats.
